# apidx UUID Generator

> Random UUID v4 (RFC 9562) as an HTTP API: 1-100 UUIDs per call, in uuid, URN, hex or integer form. An alternative to the X Pay UUID listing on x402 Bazaar.

An HTTP API at https://uuid-forge.saastemly.com, also an MCP server at https://uuid-forge.saastemly.com/mcp, paid per call: with x402 (USDC on Base; an unpaid call answers 402 Payment Required with the terms, which x402 clients pay automatically), or with prepaid credits or a monthly plan bought by card at https://uuid-forge.saastemly.com (send the API key as Authorization: Bearer <key>).

## Endpoints

- GET /v1/uuid ($0.0017 per call; 3 free calls a day per caller with the header X-Free-Call: 1; MCP tool ""): Returns 1-100 random UUID v4 strings (RFC 9562): ?count=1..100 (default 1), ?format=uuid|urn|hex|int (default uuid).
- GET /x402/uuid ($0.0017 per call; 3 free calls a day per caller with the header X-Free-Call: 1; MCP tool "get_uuid"): The same UUID generation on the x402 face: the body adds network/asset (base/USDC) as in the reference x402 listing's response.
